FINANCING

Binding reservation is established by the conclusion of the reservation contract and payment of the reservation fee.
Signing of the preliminary contract is the next step. After inspection and occupancy permit the purchase contract will be signed.  Signing of the preliminary contract is the next step.

Payments will be made on the basis of invoices to the account of Pension Post, s.r.o.
The booking fee will be put into escrow of AK Šmehýl within five days after signature of the booking contract.
